Solomon flipping to Michigan was not a big surprise even though he’s been committed to the Miami football program for months. The 247Sports crystal ball predominantly had projected Solomon to Michigan.
Solomon is a four-star linebacker from St. Thomas Aquinas in Fort Lauderdale. He is rated as the 10th best outside linebacker in the class of 2019. Solomon was one of the top commitments in Miami’s Surge ’19 class. Solomon’s flip to Michigan dropped the Hurricanes from the 29th best class nationally to 34th.
Solomon is a high school teammate of Miami commit and fellow linebacker Avery Huff.
