The Miami football program was one of five nationally with at least three Associated Press All-Americans as named Monday.
Kicker Jose Borregales was named a first-team All-American and punter Lou Hedley and defensive end Jaelan Phillips were named second-team All-Americans on Monday by the Associated Press. The Miami football program was one of only five that had at least three players named to the AP All-American team.
The All-America honors are the second for the trio.
