The Miami football team missed out on four-star prospects, cornerback Jacolby Spells and defensive lineman Zane Durant committed to West Virginia and Penn State on Sunday. Miami has multiple options with many prospects high on the Hurricanes list committing throughout July.

Four-star linebacker Demario Tolan is the next recruit strongly considering the Miami football program who will announce his commitment on July 8. Tolan does not have any crystal balls from 247 Sports projecting where he will commit to. Clemson, Florida State, LSU and Tennesee are also programs Tolan is strongly considering.
