The Miami football program moved from 61st to 58th in the 2022 recruiting rankings with a commitment from four-star wide receiver Isaiah Horton. Horton is the 248th ranked player, 39th WR and eighth in Tennessee in the Class of 2022. Horton is the seventh commit to Miami for 2022 and fourth in July.
Cornerback Chris Graves, linebacker Justin Medlock and offensive tackle Falentha Carswell also committed to Miami earlier in July. Horton is the second WR committee to Miami for 2022. Three-star Louisiana prospect Landon Ibieta committed to Miami in June.
