Safety James Williams was initially committed to the Miami football program. As the top-ranked safety in the Class of 2021, Williams recruitment appears to currently be wide open with him projected to sign with Georgia on his one Crystal Ball. Wide receiver Jacorey Brooks and cornerback Jason Marshall are crystal balled to Miami.
Williams was committed to Miami from March 2018 through April of 2019. The 6’5 218 pound Williams last visited Miami in June 2019, he has since visited Alabama, and Auburn twice since meeting with the Hurricanes staff unofficially.
