Notre Dame has their starting quarterback, and it should make Hurricane fans feel even more confident.
C.J. Carr is going to be the QB1 for the Irish, and word coming out of camp in South Bend is that the redshirt freshman was...ok? He didn't do a lot to separate himself from Kenny Minchey and many seem to think Minchey outperformed Carr, but he did enough I guess.
Carr won't be asked to do much, because he can't do much
Neither Carr nor Minchey possess enough tools to strike fear in the Hurricanes defense. We know what Notre Dame is going to be about on August 31.
