The Miami football team will face an Alabama secondary led by South Florida natives Jordan Battle at safety and Josh Jobe at cornerback. Jobe originally attended Christopher Columbus High School in Miami before transferring to Chesire Academy in Connecticut. Battle is a St. Thomas Aquinas alum.
Jobe was committed to Miami for over 2.5 years before signing with Alabama in December 2017. Battle signed with the Crimson Tide a year later in December 2018. Jobe was a big loss for Miami in the Class of 2018.
