The plan right now as told to Barry Jackson and Susan Miller Degnan of the Miami Herald by Athletic Director Blake James is to have three separate spring scrimmages for the Miami football program. The scrimmages are likely to take place in Orlando., Miami-Dade and an undetermined site.
This is the second time in the last three years that the Miami football program cannot hold their spring scrimmage at Hard Rock Stadium. Two years ago the Rock was finishing the third of three offseason renovations. This year Hard Rock Stadium will be caught in a crossfire Hurricane by the Rolling Stones concert.
