Chigozie Nnoruka will have one season of eligibility with the Miami Football team. Nnoruka is a versatile defensive lineman. He was a defensive end coming out of American River Junior College in 2016.
More recently Nnourka played defensive tackle. In two seasons with UCLA, Nnoruka had 53 tackles, eight sacks and two tackles for loss. He started ten games in 2017 and played in 11 as a reserve in 2018. Nnoruka is projected to compete to be a starting DT with the Hurricanes.
Rising Junior Jon Ford and Rising Sophomore Nesta Jade Silvera will challenge Nnoruka to start at DT.
