The Miami football team begins the 2021 season with high expectations with 19 starters returning. Miami opens the season on September 4 at Alabama. The Hurricanes play their first game at home a week later against Appalachian State. Miami has a few potential trap games on the 2021 schedule.
After Appalachian State, Miami hosts Michigan State and Central Connecticut State to close out its non-conference schedule. Virginia will visit Hard Rock Stadium on September 30 to conclude four straight home games after playing Alabama in Atlanta in the season opener.
