Three-star cornerback Justin Hodges from Western high school in Fort Lauderdale joins four-star corner Jaiden Francois as the most recent players to de-commit from the 2020 recruiting class for the Miami football program. The Hurricanes have four defensive backs left for 2020. All four of them are three-star recruits.
Hodges is lower-rated than any of the players currently committed to the Miami football program. Francois was the seventh-ranked player in the 2020 recruiting class for the Hurricanes and the highest-rated defensive back. Hodges announced his decision as seemingly all players do in this era, via twitter.
