The Miami basketball team lost its fourth straight game in a 66-54 defeat at Wake Forest. The Hurricanes losses are frequently taking on a similar theme. With only six healthy scholarship players Miami took a 13-5 lead early in the game. A 15-0 run by Wake Forest flipped the margin and the Demon Deacons never trailed.
Wake Forest became the seventh Miami basketball opponent this season to make at least 10 three-point shots. The Demon Deacons made 13 of its 29 three-point attempts. Miami made an uncharacteristic nine of their 15 three-point attempts.
