The Miami basketball team earned a momentum-building victory for the ACC Tournament by defeating Boston College 80-76 on Friday night at the Watsco Center. Miami survived a back and forth second half with a late 9-0 run. Kameron McGusty and Nysier Brooks had their Miami highs with 27 and 21 points respectively.
Brooks helped the Miami basketball team take a 34-31 halftime lead with 16 points. Anthony Walker also had an outstanding game for Miami with 17 points, seven rebounds, four assists, two blocks and two steals.
