Miami basketball alum Lonnie Walker thrives in NBA Combine speed drills

The Miami basketball alum finished second in the shuttle run, third in the three quarter court sprint and ninth in lane agility time. Walker is projected to be selected at the end of the lottery to about 20th in the NBA Draft.

Walker finished the shuttle run in 2.86 seconds. That was only one-hundredth of a second behind Syracuse’s Tyus Battle who finished first. Walker had a time of 3.06 in the three quarter court sprint.
