Miami baseball won two of three from Notre Dame in the opening series of their ACC Schedule in early March. The Hurricanes shut out the Fighting Irish in back to back games to begin the series. Notre Dame avoided the sweep with a victory in the final game of the series.
Miami enters the tournament as the hottest team in the country. The Hurricanes have won ten straight to get back on the NCAA Tournament’s precarious bubble.
Miami will likely have to advance to the ACC Championship Game to even have a chance to get back in the discussion.
