Mario Cristobal sticking with struggling Miami starter could haunt the Canes vs. Ohio State

The Miami Hurricanes came out victorious over Texas A&M in the first round of the College Football Playoff, but it was by the hair on the chinny chin chin. The game might go down as one of the ugliest in CFP history after there were many turnovers and even more missed field goals by both teams.

While the wind was crazy at Kyle Field, there were some kicks that were simply off by kicker Carter Davis, but head coach Mario Cristobal is choosing to move forward with no changes for the matchup against Ohio State. Cristobal made it clear that the Hurricanes have all the faith in the world in Carter and believe that the missed field goals are a thing of the past.
