The press conference for the Independence Bowl begins at 11:00 AM ET with Louisiana Tech head coach Skip Holtz and select Bulldogs players going first followed by MIami Hurricanes head coach Manny Diaz and the Hurricanes players. Manny Navarro of The Athletic stated on his podcast Diaz could name the starting QB.
Diaz will be bombarded with questions about who will start and play QB for Miami against Louisiana Tech when the Independence Bowl kicks off at 4 PM ET on Thursday. Jarren Williams and N’Kosi Perry both played and were dismal in the season finale against Duke.
