Nine Miami Hurricanes freshmen and three transfers enrolled this week as the new semester began in Coral Gables. The nine early enrollees are split evenly with four defensive players, four on offense and kicker Andres Borreagales, the brother of 2020 All-American Jose. The other eight were summarized by head coach Manny Diaz.
The other eight early enrollees are tight end Elijah Arroyo, defensive end Thomas Davis, quarterback Jake Garcia, offensive tackle Michael McLaughlin, striker Chase Smith and linebacker Deshawn Troutman, wide receiver Romello Brinson and safety Kamren Kinchens.
