Anyone who doesn't believe Malachi Toney is the best freshman college football player in the nation probably isn't worth arguing with.

At every step of the way this season, Toney has been the player that Miami has relied on to make something happen. And he delivers almost every time. In the first half against Virginia Tech, Toney showed the full arsenal of weapons in the first half.

Toney puts the pass on the money

We've seen some examples of Toney's passing ability. As a senior in high school, Toney had to play quarterback in a crunch and went 15-of-18 for 188 yards and a touchdown for American Heritage in the Florida state championship game, so he's not afraid to throw the ball.
