Late collapse costs Miami basketball team win versus Florida State

Leading 65-56 at the five-minute mark of the second half the Miami basketball team was unable to hold the lead. Florida State went on a 13-4 run to close regulation out. Harlon Beverly appeared to draw a blocking foul with 27 seconds remaining before it was reversed by replay. FSU did not convert sending the game to overtime.

Miami was done in by their own mistakes for the second straight game. The Hurricanes committed 24 turnovers, including several late in the second half and overtime and missed seven free throws in the narrow four-point loss.
