The Miami Hurricanes’ 2022-23 basketball campaign will start in Connecticut at the 2022 Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame Tip-Off Tournament, UM announced.
Providence, Maryland and Saint Louis are the other three teams in the tournament. The Hurricanes open their season against Providence on Nov. 19 and will face one of the other two teams on Nov. 20. The tournament will be played at Mohegan Sun Arena in Uncasville, Connecticut.
“We are very much looking forward to playing in this excellent tournament,” Miami coach Jim Larrañaga said. “The field includes four talented teams and the venue is superb.
