BLACKSBURG, VIRGINIA — Miami will be likely without several key players for its road game against Virginia Tech on Saturday.
Linebacker Waynmon Steed Jr., cornerback Tyrique Stevenson, running back Henry Parrish Jr. and wide receiver Michael Redding III will likely not play for the Hurricanes in their ACC matchup with the Hokies. They did not warm up with the team before the game.
Offensive linemen Zion Nelson and Justice Oluwaseun, who had previously known injuries, also did not warm up with the team before the game.
Steed, Stevenson, Parrish, Oluwaseun and Steed have all been starters for Miami during this season.
