Miami never cracked the Associated Press poll last season before making a run to the Elite Eight. They started this season unranked, too, but are currently No. 23. Before a tough January stretch, they were ranked as high as 12th.
So the Hurricanes (17-5, 8-4 ACC) know how No. 20 Clemson (18-5, 10-2 ACC) feels. Despite being picked to finish 11th in the conference this season, the Tigers are having a strong season and currently sit atop the ACC standings entering their matchup with Miami at Littlejohn Coliseum in Clemson, South Carolina, at 3 p.
