Greg McElroy sees what Miami fans are seeing. Carson Beck is dealing, and the Hurricanes look the part of a championship contending team. On his Always College Football show, the ESPN analyst opened by saying "Miami is on a mission," adding that his show was "probably the first that said, 'Yeah, I think Miami is the best team in the country.'" McElroy also mentioned that, "Carson Beck is playing out of his mind right now."
McElroy's praise came one day after Miami's 28–22 win at Florida State. Beck was efficient on the road as he went 20-of-27 for 241 yards and four touchdowns with no turnovers, building a 28–3 lead late in the third quarter before the Seminoles' late push.
