The Miami basketball team will host Florida Gulf Coast on Saturday before beginning conference play on Wednesday against Pittsburgh.
The 3-0 Miami basketball team will host 2-1 Florida Gulf Coast on Saturday at noon. Miami is coming off of a 20 point comeback to defeat Purdue 58-54 on Wednesday afternoon in the Big 10 ACC Challenge. The Hurricanes won with suffocating defense in the second half and without star point guard Chris Lykes.
Redshirt senior Kameron McGusty led Miami in scoring with 18 points and added five rebounds with Lykes out.
