The game between the Florida and Miami football programs on August 24 in Orlando might not be the last one scheduled according to a report in the Orlando Sentinel. Sentinel writers Edgar Thompson and Mike Bianchi reported on Wednesday that that Gators and Hurricanes could soon announce a home and home series.
The first game would not likely be until 2023. Florida has a two-for-one scheduled with South Florida beginning in 2021. The Gators will play begin the series in Tampa then host the Bulls in 2022 and 2025. Florida plays Florida State annually in non-conference.
