Jose Borreagales had one of the best games of his collegiate career when Florida International pulled the shocking 30-24 upset over the Miami football team in November. The junior kicker made field goals of 29, 50 and 53 yards and made all three of his extra points in the Panthers victory.
Now the Miami Hurricanes appear to be reversing the old adage if you can’t be ’em, join ’em. If you can’t beat them have them join you. Borreagales is projected to sign with the Miami football program as a graduate transfer according to Andrew Ivins of Inside the U.
