Sam Bruce, the former star wide receiver recruit out of St. Thomas Aquinas that had a brief stint with the Miami Hurricanes before being dismissed in 2016, came clean about the actions that led UM to part ways with him in an interview with Footballville this week.
Bruce never played a down for Miami with the team announcing his dismissal on Oct. 10 of his freshman season due to “multiple violations of team rules and a failure on his part to meet the clear expectations established to be a part of the Miami football program.
