Commencing at midnight Friday, ESPN will televise a marathon of a half dozen Florida State Miami football games. The rivalry marathon will kickoff with the 2002 game and conclude with the 2004 Orange Bowl, both games won by the Hurricanes.
In the 1980s and into the early 1990s the Florida State-Miami football rivalry was the preeminent one in the nation.
