Cotton Bowl refs somehow missed most obvious PI call ever for the Canes

The referees have let both sides play in the Cotton Bowl, and the flags have been minimal. As a matter of fact, the only flag was a defensive holding call against the Hurricanes that was declined on a touchdown catch by Jeremiah Smith.

But in the process of letting them play, the officials missed a very obvious pass interference call on Buckeyes' cornerback Devin Sanchez, who was covering CJ Daniels on a deep pass from Carson Beck.
