After another disappointing loss for the Miami football program on Saturday to 1-5 Georgia Tech, Clinton Portis posted a tweet asking “At what point will alumni college/nfl get a chance to fail?” The question was a clear statement aimed at Hurricanes head coach Manny Diaz who did not play football in college.
The fanbase for the Miami football program went after Hurricanes offensive Dan Enos and defensive coordinator Blake Baker during and after the 28-21 overtime loss to the Yellow Jackets on Saturday. Enos played quarterback at Michigan State. Baker was a linebacker at Tulane.
