Former Oklahoma Sooner Kameron McGusty is one of the newest Miami Hurricanes. As a four-star recruit out of high school and 2016-17 Big 12 All-Newcomer honoree, he comes with impressive pedigree. Unfortunately, he’ll have to sit out the 2018-19 season as a result of NCAA transfer rules.
Still, there is much to be excited about when it comes to McGusty. He has solid size and athleticism at 6 feet 5 inches tall and 192 pounds, as well as an aggressive attacking style of play. Perhaps his greatest strength is his ability to create his own shot.
