For as great as Carson Beck can be at times playing quarterback, he is still living on past reputation from his sensational 2023 season with the Georgia Bulldogs. Beck entered last year as the projected No. 1 overall pick in the 2025 NFL Draft and arguably the Heisman Trophy favorite. Not only did he not accomplish any of those things but he suffered a season-ending injury, and then transferred to Miami.
So far this season, Beck has done enough to have Miami back in the playoff mix, but continues to be a turnover machine. This comes down to him not throwing the most catchable of footballs, as well as having increasingly questionable decision-making.
