Xavier Restrepo signed with the Miami football program in the Class of 2020 as a three-star athlete who was the 621st ranked player, the 36th ranked athlete and the 84th ranked player in Florida. Restrepo is projected as a slot receiver and valuable kick returner with the Hurricanes.
Restrepo could see the field during his first season in college as a backup slot receiver and will be in the competition as a punt and kick returner.
