Miami Football Recruiting News: Elite 2018 QB To Visit Canes This Saturday

Your Miami football recruiting news update for September 17th:

The Miami Hurricanes will play host to elite 2018 Ocean Lakes (VA) High School quarterback Tyler DeSue this Saturday when the Canes host the Nebraska Cornhuskers -- an early chance for the Canes to get a crack at one of the most widely coveted arms in the Class of 2018

“It is warm down there, the coaching staff really believes in me, and I like their offense a lot,” DeSue said.

An early four-star prospect, DeSue says it's way too early to name favorites in his recruiting process, even though he did name check in-state Virginia as a potential option, per a recent 247Sports piece.

“They are a great school and have a great coaching staff,” DeSue said of the Cavaliers. “They are in every game. They have a chance to win every game.”

DeSue added that North Carolina, NC State and Tennessee are also showing heavy interest in him right now.
