Being physically fit is such an important aspect of being a Miami HEAT Dancer. Dancing for hours at a time during rehearsals helps us to stay fit, but we also go the extra mile during our team workouts with our amazing trainer Peter.
Our workout routines vary between partner workouts, weight lifting, and cardio and they normally take place at the end of rehearsals. Peter definitely caters our workouts to target our specific needs as dances. Because of these workouts we look amazing in uniform and we’re also able to better perform all of our duties both on and off the court.
