Some teams are fouling bad free throw shooters as a way to defend their opponents in the playoffs. Miami Heat center Hassan Whiteside doesn't want to put the team or himself in a bad spot with bad form at the free throw line moving forward, so he's going to spend a lot of his offseason improving that part of his game. From Barry Jackson of The Miami Herald:
