On Tuesday, the Mario Chalmers rumor mill started up again as ESPN.com's Marc Stein wrote an item linking the Miami Heat point guard to the Memphis Grizzlies. Chalmers and the team have downplayed the talk over the last several months, but at some point the speculation might become a distraction. From Ethan J. Skolnick of The Miami Herald:
