Next season, Erik Spoelstra and the rest of the Miami Heat organization aims to play at a faster pace and spread the floor with better shooters. So many, if not all, of the team’s offseason moves will be with those two intentions in mind.
It’s not exactly a secret that the Heat are looking to add depth at the small forward position. Currently just James Ennis and Luol Deng (should he opt in by July 1st) are the only two small forwards on the 2015-16 roster. Management is already weighing their options to bring in a wing player through the draft and might also want to bring in some more veteran talent through free agency.
