Miami Heat: Three reasons Dwyane Wade should give us one more dance

Last season didn’t exactly look like a retirement season for Dwyane Wade of the Miami Heat. The eight-time NBA All-Star, who was also NBA All-Defense three times, averaged 15 points, 4 rebounds, and 4.2 assists per game last season. He did so while shooting 33 percent from deep, which was also a career-best percentage from three for the 16 year NBA veteran.

Not only were these numbers somewhat impressive, with D-Wade coming off the bench and only at 26.2 minutes per game, but they were severely needed as well. He was not only one of the primary closers it seemed, but he may have been one of the best players on the team, if not the very best.
