The Miami Heat still aren’t playing basketball again. Now that we’ve got that out of the way, the whole league isn’t, if it makes us feel any better.
Well, it doesn’t. It also makes us feel no better when we hear talk of the NBA canceling the remainder of the season. Not only would that make us upset at the moment with the actual act of canceling, but as Miami Heat fans, it would make us especially perturbed considering the unexpected success we have seen this season.
Pat Riley took the time over the last few days to let his feelings be known on the matter, but he isn’t the only NBA powerbrokers to do so in recent days.
