Miami Heat sluggish in loss to New York Knicks

The Miami Heat (21-14) didn’t make their first 3-pointer of the game until 3:22 left in the fourth quarter. It was one of those nights for Miami. One of those nights when nothing seems to go in, and every bounce goes the opponents way.

The Heat shot just 44.4 percent from the field, including just 2-of-17 (11.8 percent!) from 3-point range. Meanwhile, the Knicks made 55.7 percent of their shots and 37.5 percent of their 3s.

But, credit the New York Knicks (18-19). They played tight defense, made the shots they were supposed to make and some they weren’t.
