Much like the Miami Heat will be doing this season as they prepare for their opponents, we’re going to break down each conference foe in regards to their offseason and their outlook for the 2019-20 season. We have moved on from the Southeast Division, and now we are looking at the rest of the Eastern Conference. Here, We will be scouting the defending NBA champions, the Toronto Raptors.
Off-season Review
The defending champions struck out big-time during free agency. Their reigning Finals Most Valuable Player, Kawhi Leonard, decided to take his talent to Los Angeles.
