Miami Heat: Good news, Hassan Whiteside game time decision vs Knicks

After missing the Miami Heat’s game against the Indiana Pacers Sunday with a sore right knee, Hassan Whiteside underwent an MRI Tuesday that revealed a case of tendinitis, which isn’t that serious. That means there is no severe structural damage.

According to the Miami Herald, Whiteside has about an 80 percent chance of playing against the New York Knicks Wednesday.

“I feel a lot better today,” Whiteside told The Miami Herald after morning shoot-around Wednesday. “It was just some tendinitis and soreness. That’s all it was. I’m just going to keep icing and hours from now hopefully it will feel really good.
