The Miami Heat have work to do as they look to head into next season and that starts as soon as a month or so from now. With NBA Free Agency and more specifically, the moratorium period set to kick off on August 2nd at 6 p.m. Eastern time, the Heat really don’t have that awful long to put a plan into place.
They need to make sure that they add firepower, while hopefully bringing in another lead guard to help them on the ball.
