The Miami Heat are an organization that famously does things a certain way. More often than not, when there’s an issue or something that needs to be addressed, the Heat are on the right sides of things. While there can be many reasons for why that’s the case, one of the biggest reasons to look at is the consistency and stability of the organization from the top down.
Take team owner Micky Arison, who’s owned the team all but seven years of their entire existence. You then go down to Miami Heat Team President the Godfather himself in Pat Riley, who at the end of his arm has Erik Spoelstra, his right-hand man and a living, breathing, walking direct extension of Riley who patrols the locker room and sidelines.
