Players not seen are Hassan Whiteside, Chris Bosh, Justise Winslow, Goran Dragic, Dion Waiters, Josh Richardson and Josh McRoberts. Excepting for the two Joshes, the picture indicates who will be the presumptive starters, via addition by subtraction.
Haslem's group will be investing their sweat equity into making the Miami Heat play them, when one or more of the starters stumble out of the gate.
