After the Dallas Mavericks pulled off a bit of a shocker by upsetting LeBron James and the Miami Heat in the 2011 NBA Finals, Mark Cuban took the Larry O’Brien Championship Trophy on something of a magical mystery tour, bringing along the iconic trophy everywhere he went, even to places where perhaps it should never have been in the first place.
Along with admitting he slept with the trophy on the night the Mavs claimed the NBA title, Cuban also posted a photo to social media which showed him on a private jet, stogie in his mouth, with the trophy seated right beside him.
