In his first D-League game, Miami Heat rookie Josh Richardson scored a game-high 30 points to help lead the Sioux Falls Skyforce to a 119-105 win over the Raptors 905 in Ontario.
In 42 minutes, Richardson scored 30 points on 10-of-22 shooting, including 3-of-10 from beyond the arc. He also finished with seven rebounds, four assists and four steals.
Hopefully, with performances like this, Richardson will find his shooting confidence and become a bigger factor on that side of the court for the Heat.
The Heat sent Richardson to the D-League after the team’s loss to the Memphis Grizzlies last Tuesday.
