The Miami HEAT defeated the Charlotte Hornets 104-94 Wednesday night at AmericanAirlines Arena. Chris Bosh led the way for the HEAT with 21 points and ten rebounds.
1. Justise is Served
Justise Winslow certainly came to play in his regular-season HEAT debut. Early on, the rookie continued to show his defensive prowess both on the perimeter and in the post. Winslow fought over screens and contested shots very well without fouling. On one play in particular, he knocked the ball out of Spencer Hawes’ grasp as the big man was driving to the hoop.
Then the second quarter came and things really got fun.
